At J&L Psychology we approach our professionals with the same philosophy of Kintsugi that guides our practice: We embrace the unique components of each individual as we bond together to create a stronger and more beautiful community as a whole.
 
We maintain the highest standards of quality for therapeutic care, and believe that therapists can thrive in an open, affirming, and supportive environment. In our regularly scheduled team meetings we review cases, explore didactics, and put our heads together to ensure our patients are having the best possible experience. 

​We provide opportunities for clinicians to cultivate their own programs, groups, and webinars, and offer marketing support and brainpower to bring projects to fruition. Our goal is to build a community that we all love being part of, one based on mutual respect and encouragement. Plus, we have a great time together!   

​Finally, we really do practice what we preach. We value work-life balance and do our best to avoid the debilitating effects of burnout. Our clinicians and staff appreciate the investment, mentoring, and support we offer. Our goal is not only to foster personal growth and creativity with our patients, but to help everyone in-house thrive, as well.
